VH87's 10 Worst CN Characters

Here is a list of characters from Cartoon Network I find are the worst in my opinion. No flame comments please.

Warning: There may be some characters in this list that you might disagree on.

10. Mr. Wednesday (The Powerpuff Girls): For sending the Gangreen Gang to Pokey Oak's Kindergarten even though they look too old for kindergarten; resulting chaos in the school making the Powerpuff Girls to have a miserable school day.

9. The Detention Teacher/The State Prison Authority Official (Dexter's Laboratory): A tie-in between these two, because they are both from the episode "Dexter Detention." How could the state prison be very close to Huber Elementary School? These two men treat Dexter like trash and were the reason why I put the episode on my least favorite TV episodes list.
